Qualifications

• At least three years of customer service or retail experience, with at least one year in a supervisory role.
• Cannabis experience preferred.
• Must pass any background checks and be 21 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dispensary operations to ensure compliance with security, inventory, and local/state regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate actions with management.
• Lead and train team members to execute programs and promotions; enhance the customer journey.
• Manage cash handling, payments, discounts, and cash maintenance.
• Coordinate scheduling and shift coverage to ensure store needs are met.
