Qualifications

• At least three years of customer service or retail experience with supervisory experience.
• Cannabis industry experience preferred, not required.
• Flexible scheduling including mornings, days, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dispensary operations to ensure compliance with security and regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate deliveries, transfers and vault accuracy.
• Lead team members, execute programs, and drive regional in-store promotions.
• Demonstrate cash handling and oversee discount application and cash maintenance.
• Provide coaching and feedback to improve performance and behavior.
