Job summary

Green Thumb Industries (GTI) in Florida is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) to join the RISE Dispensary leadership team. You will rotate through key dispensary functions, supervising daily operations, communicating priorities, and enhancing the customer journey, on a fast track toward Assistant General Manager.

You will develop subject matter expertise across operations, experience, and people, advancing your growth within a supportive leadership pipeline.

Qualifications

• At least three years of customer service or retail experience, with at least one year in a supervisory role.
• Cannabis experience preferred
• Inventory control experience preferred
• Meet scheduling/availability requirements (mornings, days, nights, weekends) to meet business needs
• Must have reliable, responsible attendance
• Must be 21 years or older
• Must pass background checks
• Must possess a valid driver’s license or state ID
• Must understand Green Thumb rules and cannabis laws
• Prior cannabis experience not required

Responsibilities

• Oversee dispensary operations to ensure security, inventory, and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate actions with management.
• Oversee deliveries, transfers, and vault inventory accuracy.
• Lead team members to execute programs, initiatives and in-store promotions.
• Demonstrate proper cash handling and oversight of payments, discounts, and cash maintenance.
• Participate in Leader On Duty shifts to supervise, recognize staff and guide customer journey.
• Facilitate seamless omni-channel experience across in-store, drive-thru, curbside & delivery.
