Job summary

LandCare LLC in San Diego, CA is seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator to support the Chief People Officer in planning, organizing, and delivering a variety of L&D initiatives. You will cultivate leadership across service and corporate settings and coordinate employee resource groups to foster inclusivity and professional growth.

Qualifications

• College degree required with 2–3 years related professional experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and within a team.
• Excellent organizational and research capabilities.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training to support leadership development and growth.
• Advise company leaders on engagement strategies and training impact.
• Coordinate employee resource groups to promote inclusivity and cultural engagement
• Develop evaluation strategies to measure training effectiveness and drive improvements
• Manage multiple concurrent projects with clear updates to stakeholders
• Handle special projects as assigned by the CPO
