Job summary

Realty Income, based in San Diego, seeks a Learning and Development Program Manager to own leadership and employee development initiatives across the organization. You will plan, deliver, and continuously improve a portfolio of programs, coordinating with Talent Development, stakeholders, and vendors.

Minority of in-office work, with hybrid flexibility; salary range reflects market standards for senior L&D roles in California. Proficiency with Workday/LMS and learning analytics is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of progressive experience in corporate learning and development or related HR program management.
• Experience managing leadership development programs and enterprise learning initiatives.
• Experience managing external vendors, budgets, invoices, and learning materials.
• Experience designing learning content for in-person, virtual, and blended environments.
• Workday/LMS experience preferred; strong learning analytics capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, deliver, and measure leadership and employee development programs.
• Maintain program curricula, facilitator guides, and participant materials with stakeholders.
• Coordinate calendars, sessions, logistics, and attendee tracking.
• Lead nominations, cohort management, and communications with sponsors and participants.
• Administer surveys and evaluate program impact using Kirkpatrick or similar models.
• Track participation, outcomes, and provide dashboards and insights.
