Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Organizational Development or related field.
• 3+ years in training coordination, onboarding, or program management.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the 90-day onboarding experience for new Account Managers, Branch Administrators, Production Managers and Branch Managers.
• Conduct new employee orientation, covering LandCare's culture, operations and resources.
• Establish individualized 90-day onboarding plans and partner with managers for training and hands-on learning.
• Serve as a resource for new employees and conduct 30/60/90-day check-ins to assess progress and needs.
• Monitor onboarding progress and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with Division and Market VP's to identify and prioritize training needs.
• Coordinate training programs and events, including scheduling, logistics, and follow-up.
• Collaborate with L&D team to implement company-wide development initiatives.
• Track training participation and gather feedback to improve programs.
• Manage summer internship program in partnership with Talent Acquisition and leadership.
• Coordinate onboarding, shadowing, and development activities for interns.
• Serve as point of contact for interns and conduct regular check-ins.
