Job summary

The role includes managing the Senior Leader Development, Leadership Advanced, and Leadership Essentials programs from planning to evaluation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in corporate learning and development.
• Experience managing leadership/enterprise learning programs including logistics, communications, and measurement.
• Experience with external vendors, budgets, and learning materials.
• Experience delivering content across in-person, virtual, and blended environments.
• Experience with talent development initiatives and learning evaluation certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage leadership and employee development programs, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Maintain and enhance program curricula, materials, and communications with stakeholders and vendors.
• Coordinate program calendars, cohort schedules, and logistics.
• Lead nominations and cohort management for leadership programs.
• Draft and execute communications to drive participation and accountability.
• Measure learning effectiveness using evaluation tools and report outcomes.
