Job summary

Tower Loan offers a full-time Manager Development Program designed to equip you with the knowledge, skills, and experience to develop into leadership roles within consumer finance. Over 10-12 months, you will gain hands-on experience in customer service, sales, financial management, and branch operations, while earning competitive pay and incentives.

The program emphasizes growth through comprehensive training, a strong promote-from-within culture, and clear paths to leadership.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to relocate upon promotion into management.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• On-site location; schedule Monday–Friday 8:30 AM–5:30 PM with some extended hours, including Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Become proficient in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Develop long-term customer relationships by listening to customer needs and recommending the best service.
• Contact customers regarding payment reminders and arrangements.
• Assist Manager in exceeding established office goals.
• Learn and provide support in management responsibilities such as delegating workload and analyzing loan documents.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
