Tower Loan offers a full-time Manager Development Program designed to train future leaders in consumer finance. Over 10-12 months, you gain hands-on experience in customer service, sales, financial management, and branch operations, with competitive pay and performance incentives.

Role develops recruitment, staff development, and leadership skills, with opportunities to advance into management. On-site schedule, Monday–Friday with occasional extended hours and Saturdays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to relocate upon promotion into management.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Preferred Sales, Collections, or Customer Service experience.

Responsibilities

• Become proficient in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Develop long‑term customer relationships by listening to customer needs and recommending the best service.
• Assist Manager in exceeding established office goals and in developing leadership responsibilities.
