Job summary

Dunkin' Annapolis is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager, Shift leaders and Team. You will perform duties in the manager's absence, and help deliver great guest experiences, operational excellence and top-line sales for a single Dunkin' restaurant.

Experience in leadership in retail/food service is preferred; must have strong English, basic math/financial skills, and willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Basic math and financial management skills.
• Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality.
• Strong guest focus and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and develop restaurant team members.
• Coach team to drive sales and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure brand standards and recipes are followed.
• Communicate priorities and results to the team.
• Assist with new product rollouts, training and marketing.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant environment.
• Assist with inventory and cash handling according to policies.
