Job summary

Plains is seeking an Advisor, Talent Management Partner to drive leadership development, talent strategy, and organizational design across North America. You will design, deliver, and evaluate leadership programs, partner with HRBPs and executives, and align capabilities with business goals.

This role emphasizes analytics, program management, and coaching, with responsibilities spanning needs analysis, calendar management, and cross-functional collaboration to elevate workforce performance.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of progressive experience in talent management and learning & development.
• Experience designing leadership development programs and supporting organizational design initiatives.
• Strong business acumen and executive presence.
• Experience defining measures and evaluating the effectiveness of talent management programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage North American leadership and professional development programs.
• Coordinate logistics for sessions, locations, facilitators, and participant communications.
• Develop program materials, pre-work, course evaluations, and delivery plans.
• Maintain the Leadership and Professional Development calendar and LMS records.
• Support a holistic performance management philosophy with stakeholders.
