Job summary

Plains seeks an Advisor, Talent Management Partner to drive leadership development and organizational design across North America. You will partner with business leaders, HRBPs, SMEs, and Talent Management to design, deliver, and evaluate sustainable talent solutions aligned with business strategy. The role requires 5–7 years of relevant experience and a strong consulting mindset. The position is based in Houston with North American scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years in talent management or L&D.
• Experience designing leadership development programs.
• Experience facilitating leadership workshops.

Responsibilities

• Manage North American talent development programs for leadership and professionals.
• Coordinate logistics for training sessions and delivery formats.
• Develop materials, pre-work, evaluations, and reinforcement strategies.
• Maintain LMS calendars and partner with Talent Management team.
• Coach leaders and employees on talent programs.
