Plains is seeking a Talent Management Partner to advance leadership development and organizational effectiveness across North America. The role designs and delivers programs, coaches leaders, and partners with HRBPs to align capabilities with business strategy.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in talent management, strong facilitation and project management skills, and a practical approach to organizational design and change management in a corporate setting.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field; equivalent mix of education and experience may be considered.
• 5–7 years in talent management, organizational development, or related area with leadership development and org design experience.
• Experience facilitating leadership workshops and talent discussions with follow-up activities.
• Strong business acumen, executive presence, and ability to evaluate program effectiveness.
• Knowledge of Talent Management tools, trends, and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Program Management: lead North American leadership and professional development programs; manage logistics and materials.
• Needs Analysis: assess business needs, identify gaps, define outcomes and success measures.
• Organizational Design: partner with leaders to design structures, roles, accountability, and governance.
• Design & Development: develop curricula, materials, guides, and blended learning approaches.
• Delivery: facilitate workshops and coaching; adapt to learner needs and formats.
• Process & Systems: maintain processes in LMS and drive continuous improvement across TM.
• Knowledge, Skills, and Experience: maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with HRBPs and leaders.
