Qualifications

• Eight or more years of progressive experience in talent development, learning and development, or related HR fields.
• Proven ability to design and facilitate high-impact learning experiences for diverse audiences.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide learning and leadership initiatives from concept to evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver learning programs, workshops, and leadership experiences for employees and leaders.
• Lead engaging facilitation and adapt delivery to audience needs and business context.
• Conduct needs assessments with HRBPs and leaders to identify capability gaps and development opportunities.
• Translate priorities into clear learning objectives, curricula, and materials.
• Develop scalable learning pathways for key populations and create blended, scalable experiences.
• Establish success measures and monitor business impact of learning programs.
• Partner with HRBPs and leaders to support talent reviews, succession planning, and development planning.
• Oversee LMS, onboarding enhancements, content curation, and program timelines.
