Zusammenfassung

Meta seeks a Leadership Development Designer & Business Partner to design bespoke leadership solutions and scalable programs for Meta's leaders and teams. The role blends diagnosis, design, and delivery with enterprise impact, reporting to the Director, Leadership Development.

You will diagnose system-level leadership needs, create high-impact interventions, and build tools and playbooks that translate insights into repeatable, high-quality development across manager and director populations.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of professional experience in leadership development or related fields
• 5+ years in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or leadership-design functions
• ICF credential (ACC, PCC, or MCC)
• Experience designing leadership-development solutions from discovery to launch and iteration
• Experience applying adult-development, learning-design, design-thinking, or product-design methods to complex leadership challenges
• Mastery of leader and team diagnosis including 360 design and debrief
• Expertise facilitating high-impact development experiences for senior leaders
• Track record of creating programs, journeys, tools, or playbooks with measurable outcomes
• Experience leading ambiguous, high-impact work across organizational boundaries
• Experience in complex, technical, multicultural, globally distributed organizations

Aufgaben

• Diagnose leadership and team effectiveness at the system level using evidence-based methods
• Design bespoke leader and team interventions grounded in diagnosis and linked to business outcomes
• Create scalable leadership-development solutions across manager and director populations
• Own end-to-end design lifecycle from discovery through iteration and delivery at scale
• Shape strategy across the leadership-development system and influence priorities beyond a single program
• Facilitate and coach with credibility, including 1:1 executive coaching
• Serve as cross-company intelligence and transfer best practices across groups
• Build trusted partnerships with HR leaders and business partners
• Connect leaders to the full People Development ecosystem and ensure connected programs
• Support organizational transformation through leadership capabilities and learning systems
• Advance the craft of leadership-development design with AI-enabled improvements
