Meta in Austin seeks a Leadership Development Designer & Business Partner to shape bespoke leadership interventions and scalable programs for managers and directors across the organization.

You will own end-to-end design—from discovery to delivery—partnering with HR and business leaders to translate complex needs into evidence-based development solutions that drive business outcomes. This role blends design, coaching, and enterprise impact in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional leadership-development experience
• 5+ years in a Learning & Development/Organizational Development function
• ICF credential (ACC, PCC, or MCC) required for this coaching role
• Demonstrated ability designing leadership-development solutions from discovery through launch
• Experience applying adult-development, learning-design, and design-thinking methods to complex challenges
• Demonstrated mastery of leader and team diagnosis including 360 design and debrief
• Expertise facilitating high-impact development experiences for senior leaders
• Track record of creating programs and journeys with measurable outcomes
• Experience leading ambiguous, high-impact work across organizational boundaries
• Experience in complex, multicultural, globally distributed organizations
• Track record of building trusted partnerships with business leaders and HR partners

Responsibilities

• Diagnose leadership and team effectiveness at the system level using evidence-based methods
• Design bespoke leader and team interventions for priority leaders and teams
• Create scalable leadership-development solutions including programs, journeys, and playbooks
• Own the end-to-end design lifecycle from discovery to iteration with cross-functional partners
• Shape strategy across the leadership-development system and influence priorities
• Facilitate and coach with credibility including executive coaching
• Serve as cross-company intelligence to share best practices
• Build partnerships with HR and business leaders for intake and alignment
• Connect leaders to the People Development ecosystem
• Support organizational transformation including AI-related change
• Advance the craft of leadership-development design with current research and AI applications
