Job summary

Wright-Patt Credit Union seeks a Talent Development Specialist to design, deliver, and continually improve learning experiences that build employee capability and leadership across the organization.

You will lead onboarding, leadership development programs, and career coaching with a focus on measurable behavior change and scalable solutions. This role partners with organizational development and HR to drive enterprise talent strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• ATD Training and Facilitation Certification required or obtained within 6 months of hire.
• Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in Organizational Development, Learning & Development, Talent Development, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience with demonstrated success leading a team.
• Experience designing and facilitating learning experiences (in-person and virtual).
• Strong facilitation and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Designs and delivers impactful learning experiences that build capability across the organization.
• Develops and improves Leadership Enrichment and Professional Development programs.
• Leads enterprise onboarding experience for all new hires to ensure engagement.
• Provides guidance and coaching for career development and IDPs.
• Contributes to organizational development initiatives and change efforts.
