Wright-Patt Credit Union Inc. is seeking a Talent Development Specialist who leads leadership development initiatives, designs learning experiences, and drives onboarding across the organization.

You will partner with managers and HR to create scalable development programs that align with enterprise talent priorities. The role focuses on coaching, content development, and facilitating learning across both in-person and virtual environments to strengthen leadership capability and organizational

Qualifications

Experience designing and delivering learning experiences.
Facilitate learning in person and virtual environments.
Partner with leadership to build talent development programs.
Lead onboarding experiences and leadership enrichment efforts.

Responsibilities

Designs, develops, and delivers learning experiences that build capability across the organization.
Develops and improves Leadership Enrichment and Professional Development programs.
Leads enterprise onboarding experience for all new hires.
Provides career development coaching and supports IDPs and growth plans.
Contributes to Organizational Development initiatives and team development sessions.
Performs other duties as assigned to support objectives.
