Job summary

Partnering with Instructional Design, HR Business Partners, business stakeholders, and Internal Communications, the role identifies organizational learning needs and delivers solutions that build capability and career growth.

Qualifications

• Typically requires minimum of 5 years experience in professional or leadership development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Instructional Design, or closely related field.
• Experience leading adult learning programs and leadership development.
• Ability to leverage AI-enabled learning tools and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, planning, and execution of development programs; align with business priorities.
• Partner with HR, stakeholders, and Instructional Design to translate needs into learning solutions.
• Define KPI measurements and evaluate program effectiveness.
• Coordinate delivery of programs and facilitate learning experiences.
• Communicate progress and outcomes to stakeholders.
