Job summary

Green Thumb in Las Vegas seeks a Leader in Training to support daily dispensary operations, supervise teams, and enhance the customer journey. You will rotate through critical functions to gain expertise in operations, experience, and people leadership, fast-tracking toward Assistant General Manager.

Qualifications

• Three years of customer service or retail experience with at least one year in a supervisory role.
• Cannabis experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to meet varying scheduling needs, including weekends.
• Reliable attendance and a valid driver’s license or state ID.
• Understanding of cannabis laws and store policies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dispensary operations to ensure compliance with security, inventory and regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate actions with management.
• Lead and develop team members; participate in Leader On Duty shifts.
• Ensure seamless omni-channel customer experience across in-store, drive-thru, curbside and delivery.
• Process payments accurately and manage cash handling with the team.
