Job summary

RISE Dispensary is seeking a Leader in Training to join the leadership team and rotate through essential dispensary functions, gaining subject matter expertise as you support operations, experience, and people. This developmental step puts you on a fast track toward an Assistant General Manager role.

You will help supervise daily operations, communicate priorities, and optimize the customer journey while working toward growth within the organization and leadership team.

Qualifications

• At least three years of customer service or retail experience, with at least one year in a supervisory role.
• Cannabis experience preferred
• Inventory control experience preferred
• Meet the scheduling and availability requirements (varying shifts including mornings, days, nights, weekends)
• Must pass any and all required background checks
• Must be 21 years or older
• Must possess a valid driver’s license or state ID
• Must understand cannabis laws, rules and regulations
• Prior cannabis experience not required

Responsibilities

• Oversee dispensary operations to ensure compliance with security, inventory, and regulations.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels and communicate actions with management.
• Lead team members to execute programs and in-store promotions.
• Provide coaching and feedback to help performance and behavior.
• Schedule shifts and ensure adequate sales floor coverage
• Participate in Leader On Duty shifts for supervision and recognition
