Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to support our mission: “To create the most enjoyable shopping experience possible for our Guests.” The LIT and Floor Leader performs a variety of sales, merchandising and operational tasks assigned by store management, working with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales and recruit Teammates in our Tampa store.

• High school diploma or GED; or one to three months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example with showmanship and high levels of customer service.
• Assist in recruiting, training and developing Teammates and maintaining store standards.
