Zusammenfassung

Buckle is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to support our mission: to create the most enjoyable shopping experience possible for our Guests. You will perform a variety of sales, merchandising, and operational tasks under store management, including cashiering, displays, and maintaining store standards.

Collaborating with the Store Manager and Leadership Team, you will help drive sales, recruit new Teammates, and provide leadership on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED; or one to three months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
