Buckle is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to drive guest services, sales and store operations in our Gilbert location. You will train teammates, manage merchandising, and support the Store Manager and Leadership Team to deliver an exceptional shopping experience.

The role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and keeping the store up to Buckle's standards while meeting performance and guest service goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in retail or guest service is a plus.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Lead by example with showmanship and high customer service standards.
• Recruit, train, and develop Teammates to meet Buckle standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and shoppable store.
