Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to drive guest service and sales while supporting store operations. You will work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales, recruit teammates, and lead by example in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include merchandising, register procedures, and ensuring a high standard of customer service. This role emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and the ability to grow into supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or one to three months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Sales Generation and Guest Service: greet guests, answer questions, recommend merchandise, and achieve sales goals.
• Teammate Recruiting, Training and Development: identify recruiting opportunities and train new teammates to meet accountability and sales standards.
• Operations: maintain a clean, organized store and follow policies on payments, exchanges and loss prevention.
• Supervisory and Leadership: support leadership, provide feedback, and contribute to a positive team spirit.
