Buckle is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to uphold our mission of creating the most enjoyable shopping experience for Guests. You will perform sales, merchandising and operational tasks, work with leadership to develop sales, recruit Teammates, and provide guidance and coaching on the sales floor.

Join a team focused on showmanship, guest service, and achieving sales goals while maintaining store standards and security procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One to three months related retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.
• Lead by example with showmanship and exceptional customer service.
• Support leadership in recruiting and training Teammates.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and shoppable store and follow policies.
