Job summary

Green Thumb Industries in Silver Spring, MD is seeking a Leader in Training to join our dispensary leadership team. You will rotate through critical functions to support operations, experience, and people while on a fast track toward Assistant General Manager.

As LIT, you will supervise daily operations, coach team members, manage inventory and promotions, and ensure exceptional customer journeys across in-store, drive-thru, curbside, and delivery channels.

Qualifications

• At least three years in customer service or retail, with at least one year in a supervisory role.
• Cannabis experience preferred.
• Inventory control experience preferred.
• Availability for varying shifts including mornings, days, nights, and weekends.
• Reliable, responsible attendance and 21+ years old.
• Pass background checks and have a valid driver's license or state ID.
• Understand and comply with Green Thumb policies and cannabis regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dispensary operations to ensure compliance with security, inventory, and local/state regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate actions with management.
• Oversee intake/verification of deliveries and maintain vault accuracy.
• Lead team members to execute programs and in-store promotions.
• Demonstrate cash handling and oversee payments and discount processing.
• Participate in Leader On Duty shifts to supervise and recognize staff.
• Ensure seamless omni-channel customer experience across in-store, drive-thru, curbside & delivery.
