Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) in Ohio seeks a Care Coordination Supervisor to lead a high-fidelity wraparound care team serving children and families. You will train staff, ensure adherence to ICC/MCC processes, coordinate with partners, and promote family voice and choice while maintaining Medicaid standards.

The role requires LSW/LPC, 3 years of experience, and supervisory background, with a strong focus on community-based services and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field (social work, education, counseling, psychology).
• LSW/LPC credential is required.
• Three years’ experience in coordinated care or care coordination.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred in behavioral health.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee care coordination team activities.
• Provide training for direct care coordinators in home and community settings.
• Support staff through conferences and case problem analysis to improve skills.
• Promote teamwork and recognize staff contributions.
• Ensure high fidelity wraparound trainings and internal documentation.
