Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) seeks a Care Coordination Supervisor to ensure high-fidelity wraparound care and quality services for children and families. The role emphasizes supervision of the care coordination team, staff training, and collaboration with community partners in Southeast and Central Ohio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in social work, education, counseling, psychology, or related field preferred.
• LSW/LPC preferred.
• Three years of experience providing coordinated supportive services/care coordination.
• Previous supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in behavioral health, preferably with multi-system youth or autism.
• Knowledge of regulations for behavioral health and disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee activities of care coordination team members.
• Provide training for direct care coordinators in home and community settings.
• Provide routine training and support to staff through conferences and case problem analysis.
• Promote an ongoing culture of teamwork and recognition.
• Ensure completion of training and documentation for ICC/MCC and care plans.
