Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) in Highland County, OH, seeks a Care Coordination Supervisor (unlicensed) to lead and support a multidisciplinary care team.

The role focuses on high fidelity wraparound services for children and families, ensuring quality care, coordination with partners, and staff development. A bachelor’s or master’s in a related field is preferred, with LSW/LPC encouraged.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in social work, education, counseling, psychology or related field.
• LSW/LPC licensure preferred where applicable.
• 3+ years of experience providing coordinated supportive services/care coordination.
• Previous supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in behavioral health settings and multi-system youth work is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee care coordination team activities and communications.
• Provide training for direct care coordinators in home and community settings.
• Assist in analyzing case problems and improving staff skills.
• Ensure adherence to high fidelity wraparound model and documentation standards.
• Collaborate with systems and partners to ensure high quality services for children and families.
