Job summary

SPS is seeking a dynamic Workplace Experience Supervisor to lead a team of four Concierge Associates in delivering an elevated, five-star workplace across our Minneapolis corporate office.

As the operational leader for concierge services, workplace presentation, events, and facilities, you will serve as the main contact for employees, executives, clients, and vendors, shaping everyday experiences with hospitality and precision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in workplace experience, hospitality, concierge services, event management, or facilities coordination.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with workplace ticketing or room reservation software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Supervise, coach, and schedule four Concierge Associates; set service standards and manage daily operations.
• Front-of-House Hospitality: Oversee concierge operations, support executive visits and VIP engagements, enhance employee experience.
• Events & Meetings: Plan and execute corporate events, client functions, and internal activities; manage master calendar, logistics, catering, AV, on-site support.
• Conference Room Operations: Ensure meeting room readiness and layout configurations; partner with IT on AV needs.
• Catering & Pantry: Coordinate catering orders and setups; oversee pantry operations for welcoming break spaces.
• Facility Coordination: Conduct floor walks, coordinate with facilities/vendors, and resolve maintenance tickets.
