Job summary

Questpro Consultants LLC seeks a seasoned Workers Compensation Claims Supervisor to lead a team of indemnity adjusters across multiple states, including North Carolina. You will mentor staff, ensure high-quality service, and drive continuous improvement by applying best practices and advanced claims technology.

The role requires 8+ years in workers’ compensation with at least 3 years in supervision; active license is required, and a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years workers’ compensation claims experience.
• Minimum 3+ years of supervisory/managerial experience leading a team of indemnity adjusters.
• Active licensing/certification
• Strong working knowledge of team member–related functions
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• TPA (Third-Party Administrator) experience preferred
• Jurisdictional experience in Michigan and Wisconsin preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead the Team: Supervise and mentor a Workers Compensation claims team managing a diverse caseload, ensuring high-quality, efficient service delivery.
• Champion Best Practices: Guide the team in handling claims according to established best practices and company standards.
• Drive Talent Development: Own the hiring and training of adjusters, fostering a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement.
• Manage Performance: Set clear team goals, motivate strong performance, and balance workloads for optimal efficiency.
• Leverage Technology: Utilize industry-leading claims technology to boost team efficiency and elevate service quality.
• Communicate with Impact: Serve as a professional, proactive point of contact for clients, carriers, and brokers.
• Coach and Develop: Juggle competing priorities while identifying coaching opportunities and setting team members up for long-term success.
