• Investigate, evaluate and adjust claims per standards and laws.
• Oversee reserves and medical, legal, and other invoices.
• Authorize payments and negotiate settlements per standards.
• Mentor staff and provide education on best practices.
• Maintain diaries and ensure timely file movement.
