Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• 8+ years of workers' compensation claims experience.
• 3+ years of supervisory/managerial experience.
• Active licensing in Michigan and Wisconsin (or ability to obtain).
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a Workers Compensation claims team.
• Guide handling of claims according to best practices and standards.
• Own hiring and training of adjusters, fostering accountability and performance.
