This role requires strong technical expertise in managing, thorough knowledge of workers’ compensation laws and regulations, and the ability to develop strategies that achieve cost-effective and fair claim outcomes. This candidate will be responsible for a team of 5 direct reports and a team's claims load of 650 claims.
