Job summary

Questpro is seeking a Workers Compensation Claims Supervisor to lead a team of indemnity adjusters and drive a high-performing, service-oriented culture. The role focuses on mentoring, implementing best practices, and owning the hiring and training of staff to foster accountability and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in workers' compensation claims with 3+ years in supervision, holds active MI/WI licenses (or the ability to obtain), and may hold a Bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Minimum 8 years of workers' compensation claims experience.
• Minimum 3+ years of supervisory/managerial experience leading indemnity adjusters.
• Active licensing/certification in Michigan and Wisconsin (or ability to obtain).
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Workers' Compensation claims team, mentoring and supervising to ensure high-quality, efficient service.
• Guide the team in following best practices and company standards.
• Own hiring and training of adjusters to build accountability and continuous improvement.
• Set clear team goals and balance workloads for optimal efficiency.
• Leverage industry-leading claims technology to boost efficiency and service quality.
• Act as a proactive point of contact for clients, carriers, and brokers.
• Coach and develop team members to support long-term success.
