You will lead payroll configurations, calculations, and related processes, partnering with teams to ensure accurate tax, benefits, and year-end activities while mentoring Payroll operations leaders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years Workday Payroll experience.
• 5+ years Advanced Compensation experience.
• Multiple full Workday Payroll implementations.
• Experience in large enterprise payroll environments.
• Strong experience with Workday Payroll and downstream integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday Payroll configurations and calculations.
• Oversee earnings, deductions, benefits integration, and year-end activities.
• Perform payroll audits and reconciliations.
• Ensure payroll security and governance.
