Job summary

LPL Financial Holdings Inc. seeks an AVP, People Systems and Integrations to lead the design, delivery, and support of Workday integrations and HR technology solutions. You will oversee specialized contingent workers and act as the tech liaison across HR, IT, Security, and stakeholders.

In this role you will drive governance, data quality, and scalable solutions while guiding Workday Studio, EIB, APIs, and related integrations across payroll, benefits, identity management, and payroll systems.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Workday and HR tech ecosystems.
• Experience scoping and overseeing quality of work by others.
• Deep knowledge of Workday Integrations, Studio, EIB, APIs, Core Connectors, PECI, payroll integrations.
• SQL and data analysis techniques.
• Experience integrating Workday with third-party HR, payroll, benefits, identity management, and enterprise applications.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical projects and stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and support of Workday integrations and data exchanges.
• Serve as primary liaison between the People Systems organization and Enterprise IT teams.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence, Payroll, and Finance to implement enhancements and resolve issues.
• Manage integration projects across all phases including mergers and new implementations.
