Qualifications

• 10+ years in HRIS/People Technology/HR Systems.
• 6+ years leading Workday in a global environment.
• Experience with SOX/IPO readiness and AI/automation in HR tech.

Responsibilities

• Own Workday platform across modules (HCM, Talent, Compensation, Absence, Benefits, Payroll, Recruiting).
• Drive end-to-end delivery of major Workday initiatives, including design, config oversight, testing, and deployment.
• Manage integrations between Workday and downstream systems.
