Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Lead Integration Architect to design, develop, and deploy Workday integrations across HR and finance systems. This role requires blending technical expertise with strategic leadership to ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability.

You will lead end-to-end integration efforts, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, and external vendors to achieve business goals. Strong communication and program management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Workday Studio, EIB, Web Services (SOAP/REST), and XML/XSLT.
• Strong cross-functional understanding of Workday HCM and Financials.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with 3rd party integration tools (Mulesoft/Jitterbit).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Workday integrations across HR and Finance systems.
• Design scalable, compliant Workday integrations using Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT and vendors to align integration strategies.
• Mentor junior consultants and developers for quality delivery.
• Oversee project planning, budgeting and staffing for integrations.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and optimize performance across systems.
• Document design and maintain system integrations and APIs.
