Job summary

Acrisure seeks a Lead Integration Architect to drive Workday integrations across HR, finance, and enterprise systems in Austin, TX. You will design, develop, deploy, and optimize integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and API-based approaches.

Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, and external vendors, mentor juniors, and provide technical leadership for complex integration programs while ensuring data accuracy and system interoperability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, Accounting or Finance.
• 7-10 years of experience with integration platforms.
• Experience with ERP, HCM or EPM software.
• Workday certification in Integration or Studio preferred.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Workday integration efforts for implementations and upgrades.
• Design scalable Workday integrations using Studio, EIB, Core Connectors.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT and vendors to align integration strategies.
• Mentor junior consultants and developers to ensure quality delivery.
• Oversee project planning, budgeting and staffing for integrations.
• Diagnose issues, optimize performance, and ensure data accuracy.
