Job summary

Tngone Software Labs is seeking a senior Workday engineer to lead technical workstreams across HCM and Financial Management modules in the United States. You will gather business requirements, design scalable Workday solutions, and work hands-on with Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Core Financials, Procurement, AP/AR, and Expenses.

You will develop and maintain integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio), manage security, reporting, and business processes, and lead release

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on Workday techno-functional experience.
• Experience across Workday HCM and Financial Management modules.
• Strong solution design, requirements analysis, and technical implementation skills.
• Hands-on experience with Workday integrations: EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio.
• Knowledge of Workday security, reporting, and calculated fields.
• Experience with releases, change management, and production support.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday technical solutions across HCM and Financial Management modules.
• Gather requirements and convert them into scalable Workday designs.
• Work hands-on with Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Core Financials, Procurement, AP/AR, and Expenses.
• Develop and maintain Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and Object Transporter.
• Manage Workday business processes, security, reporting, and calculated fields.
• Analyze impact of new requirements on configurations, integrations, reports, and security.
• Prioritize the technical backlog, enhancements, defects, and debt.
• Lead biannual release planning, impact analysis, and regression testing.
• Manage test planning, UAT, defect resolution, deployment, and production support.
• Build advanced reports, dashboards, and analytics for HR and Finance teams.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and master data management.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Maintain technical documentation and follow Workday best practices.
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Product Owners, developers, and stakeholders.
