Job summary

Axiom Path is recruiting a senior Workday HCM integration architect for a global biopharmaceutical client in Bridgewater, MA. The role blends hands-on integration work with architectural leadership to enhance the Workday ecosystem.

You will lead Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and API integrations, guiding a team of developers and integration consultants while ensuring security, governance, and scalable platform capabilities across HR, Payroll, Talent, and Time Tracking.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of HCM technical experience.
• 8+ years of Workday Integrations and technical solution delivery.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-scale Workday implementations.
• Deep hands-on expertise with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI, PICOF, CCB, APIs, web services, and XSLT.
• Strong understanding of Workday integration architecture, security, business processes, and reporting.
• Experience with Workday Extend and Workday Orchestrate, including custom solutions.
• Experience with AI/Illuminates features and automation.
• Familiarity with Agile, JIRA, ServiceNow, DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, development, implementation, and support of Workday HCM integrations.
• Remain hands-on with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI, PICOF, CCB, APIs, and web services.
• Provide guidance across Workday Integrations, Extend, Orchestrate, APIs, and custom apps.
• Mentor Workday developers and integration consultants; perform design and code reviews.
• Establish scalable technical standards, governance, and best practices across the Workday ecosystem.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, and business teams to translate requirements into secure solutions.
• Drive adoption of Workday AI/Illuminate and automation capabilities.
• Troubleshoot complex integration and platform issues; manage dependencies and risks.
