Job summary

CVS Health Corporation in Dallas, TX, is seeking a Senior Workday Integrations Developer to design, develop, and deploy integrations between Workday and external systems. You will lead architecture decisions, implement complex data mappings, and ensure data quality across payroll, HR, finance, and benefits integrations.

The role requires deep expertise with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI, and Workday Extend & Orchestrate.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience building Workday Integrations with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI, and other relevant tools.
• 5+ years' experience partnering with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• 5+ years of experience resolving complex technical issues related to Workday integrations using strong analytical skills.
• 5+ years' experience with Workday SOAP API, REST API, JSON, and Import API pattern.
• 3+ years' experience working on Workday Extend.
• 1+ year of experience working on Workday Orchestrate.
• 1+ year of experience with Workday reporting, calculated fields and Studio.
• 1+ year of experience with Workday security, Core HCM business processes, and alerts.
• Workday Pro Workday Extend Developer I Certification

Responsibilities

• Designing Integration Solutions: Lead the design and development of integration solutions between Workday and external systems.
• Workday Extend: Development and Configuration of Workday Extend Applications.
• Workday Orchestrate: Design modular orchestrations and process data flows.
• Workday Studio: Develop complex integrations across multiple systems and data mappings.
• Pre-built Connectors: Leverage Workday Cloud Connect and other connectors for efficient integrations.
• Customization: Customize integrations to meet business requirements.
• Develop Integration Workflows: Build workflows to trigger business processes in Workday or external systems.
• Implementation and Deployment: Integrate components and deploy to production with minimal downtime.
• Data Migration: Assist data migration and ensure legacy data transfers.
• Workday Version Updates: Ensure compatibility with quarterly Workday releases.
• Documentation: Create technical docs and share knowledge.
• Training and Support: Guide developers and analysts on integrations.
• Stakeholder Communication: Interact with stakeholders to gather requirements.
• External Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with third-party vendors for integrations.
• Production Support: Monitor and resolve production issues.
