Job summary

ClinDCast, LLC is seeking a Senior Workday Integration Architect to own the Hire-to-Retire lifecycle and lead cross-functional Workday implementations. The role focuses on designing, developing, testing, and delivering advanced Workday functionality and integrations across HR domains.

The ideal candidate brings 15+ years of Workday experience, deep Studio expertise, and strong stakeholder management. This on-site Florida role partners with People Engineering to translate HR needs into scalable

Qualifications

• 15+ years of Workday experience.
• 5+ years implementing/managing Workday solutions with program-level solutioning and estimation.
• 4+ years of Workday HCM configuration and end-to-end integration experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Workday Studio and complex Studio builds.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the Workday Hire-to-Retire lifecycle.

• Support Workday releases, upgrades, and annual maintenance activities.
• Partner with business leaders and People Engineering teams to translate HR requirements into technical solutions.

• Strong HR domain knowledge and technical solutioning skills.
• Excellent troubleshooting, architecture, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in complex and technically ambiguous environments.
