Job summary

Planet Pharma is seeking a contracting HCM Integrations Lead to design, develop, and deliver Workday HCM integrations and enterprise integration solutions in a global context. The role also focuses on automation and AI-driven capabilities to drive growth and operational excellence.

You will act as the technical lead for Workday initiatives, mentor developers, and collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions across EIB, Studio, Core

Qualifications

• 10+ years of HCM technical experience with at least 8+ years delivering Workday Integrations.
• Proven experience leading Workday technical teams and enterprise-scale implementations.
• Deep expertise in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI, PICOF, CCB, Workday APIs, and web services.
• Strong experience with Workday Extend, Workday Orchestrate, and custom application development.
• Experience implementing and leveraging Workday AI/Illuminate capabilities and automation solutions.
• Strong understanding of Workday security, business processes, reporting, and integration architecture.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, implementation, and support of Workday integrations and technical solutions.
• Serve as the technical lead for Workday initiatives, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.
• Provide architectural guidance across Workday Integrations, Extend, APIs, Orchestrate, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Mentor Workday developers and integration consultants, providing code reviews and technical oversight.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Establish governance and best practices across the Workday platform.
• Oversee integration development using EIB, Studio, Core Connectors, PECI, PICOF, CCB, REST/SOAP APIs.
• Drive adoption of Workday Extend, Workday AI/Illuminate, and automation capabilities to improve efficiency.
• Manage technical deliverables, timelines, risks, and production support.
• Ensure compliance with security, audit, and data governance requirements.
