Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field is required.
• 3-5 years of Workday experience required.
• Workday Integration certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of integration projects from discovery to testing and deployment.
• Serve as the SME for Workday integrations and stay current with updates and best practices.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Finance, and other units to translate needs into technical integration solutions.
• Monitor data integrity and performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data privacy and security.
• Drive the development of integration strategy, best practices, and the integration roadmap.
