Job summary

LexisNexis Legal & Professional seeks a Workday Integration Developer to design, implement, and maintain Workday integrations across Global HR processes. You will work with Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Web Services to deliver reliable integrations for ATS, Payroll, and Financials, while aligning with security and SOX controls.

You will partner with HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, and Talent teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, and support bi-annual Workday

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of Workday integration development experience.
• Proficiency with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, and Web Services.
• Knowledge of PECI/PICOF, BPF, and event-driven configuration.
• Experience integrating Workday with ATS, Payroll, Financials, Time & Absence.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and optimize Workday integrations using Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Web Services.
• Develop PECI/PICOF payroll integrations and benefits feeds; collaborate with middleware teams.
• Build and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and discovery boards.
• Monitor integrations and reporting issues; perform root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, and Talent teams.
• Apply Workday security and SOX/audit controls; maintain runbooks.
• Support bi-annual Workday releases and updates.
