Pillar Innovations, LLC is hiring a Tower Foreman - Wireless Services to safely complete tower installations, upgrades, and repairs at sites including elevated heights. You will lead a team of up to 6, travel as needed, and represent the company professionally.

You must have strong safety discipline, fluent English, and prior experience in wireless tower work. The role reports to the Construction Manager – Wireless Services and may require irregular hours.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in wireless communications with multiple projects.
• Ability to level up and supervise up to 6 technicians.
• Strong safety mindset and PPE usage compliance.
• Fluent in English; capable in written and verbal communication.

Aufgaben

• Lead tower installations, upgrades and repairs at height.
• Read and interpret site drawings and RF data sheets.
• Train and mentor Wireless Services team members.
• Schedule labor and materials; manage job costs.
• Ensure on-time completion with quality control.

Kenntnisse

5+ years wireless experience
