Job summary

InfraServices LLC is seeking a Foreman to oversee wireless tower construction and maintenance at multiple job sites. You will lead field crews, ensure safety and quality, and coordinate materials and schedules to meet project goals.

The role requires hands-on leadership, extensive climbing to heights up to 500 feet, and travel up to 75% of the time. Strong certifications and prior supervisory experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Five years of wireless tower construction/maintenance experience
• Two years in a supervisory role
• Certifications: climber/rescue, OSHA 30, first aid/CPR, rigging and hoisting
• Ability to interpret RF data and construction drawings

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily tower crew activities ensuring safety and quality
• Climb towers up to 500 feet and perform installations
• Lead safety on-site and coordinate briefings
• Oversee installation and maintenance of antennas, radios, cables, and mounts
• Manage site logistics, materials, schedules and documentation
• Perform advanced testing including sweep, fiber, and PIM tests
• Provide training and mentorship to technicians
• Travel up to 75% of the time; ensure compliance with standards
